Two Team Leaders sought.
£75-90,000 + 30% bonus
25-30% spent abroad, balance of time in UK. Home working encouraged.
Be part of senior management team, provide thought leadership in specialist areas, carry out business development, respond to bids, manage staff and resources, manage and deliver projects.
Must have international development consultancy experience in technical areas (below), and have held a management role in a consulting firm.
Public Finance – public expenditure management, tax policy, macroeconomics, economic policy analysis and formulation, capacity building and reform
Livelihoods & Rural Development – Rural Policy and Research, Farm and Non-Farm Enterprise Development, Rural Infrastructure and Service Provision, Social Inclusion and Strengthened Voice
Senior Consultant – Public Administration
£60-65,000 + bonus
25-30% spent abroad, balance of time in UK. Home working encouraged
Support management team, provide thought leadership in specialist areas, support business development, respond to bids, manage staff and resources, manage and deliver projects.
Must have worked as a civil servant (or equivalent) in a developed country or currently engaged on public administration consulting at government level in developing countries.
Able to consult in areas of: government restructuring, functional review, strategic planning and performance management, centre-of-government and policy process reform, strengthening legislative framework, supporting institutional and organisational development.
