This new role of Technical Sales Engineer is created to focus on customers based in Munster.
The sales role involves selling a range of products to distributors, OEM’s and end users across industry sectors including pharmaceutical, food processing, packaging and materials handling.
The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and developing an existing customer base, as well as pro-actively targeting and winning business from new purchasers throughout your sales region. You will be working on technical projects with your clients, introducing our wide range of world class quality products. You will be part of a technical sales team who have a strong reputation in the industry, and who will share their technical and product knowledge with you.
Successful applicants will ideally have sold technical MRO products to the industry sectors mentioned above.

* 3rd Level qualification in mechanical or production engineering
* or equivalent experience and qualification
* a minimum of 5 years sales experience

We supply and install conveyor belting for a wide range of industries including food, pharmaceutical, fishing and baking, among others. We supply all types of conveyor, process and drive belting to a wide range of industrial and commercial operations on a 24 Hour call-out basis.
We now need a highly capable and ambitious person for a internal sales position in order to support our sales operations in Ireland.
You would have a strong track record of selling to the manufacturing industry though not necessarily essential but would be an advantage. We do need you to be able to demonstrate capacity to understand our products and the needs of our customers as well as the markets into which we sell. Sales targets to be achieved on a monthly basis.

Selling conveyor belting
Role will involve the full sales cycle from qualifying and following up on leads right through to the final sale.
However, the majority of the time will be spent making “warm” calls to existing clients to “upsell” and offer other packages.
Identify and develop new business opportunities.
Building relationships with individual clients and offering suitable products based on their needs.
Achieve/Exceed challenging sales targets in line with the business strategy
Manage incoming enquiries and support clients throughout sales cycle
Deal with daily client queries
Solid communication skills on the phone and on a One-to-One basis
