For this April seminar “We present a diverse group of business people all united under the theme of Sport and Fitness” says Liam Barry of DCC. “This is the third in the series of StartUp Ballymun seminars. These entrepreneurs will tell the audience how they realised their ambitions they and started and grew their companies.”

Stephen Connolly of the Lo-cal Kitchen will join us to talk about the business of healthy food. Husband and wife owners Stephen and Jenny Connolly had a dream to open a café producing food that tastes great but without the bad ingredients! “Our dishes are low in calories and filled with nutrients to help you to maintain a strong and fit body and mind. All our products are Irish and Organic where possible.”  Located in the Phoenix Park Racecourse between Ashtown and Castleknock, and Lo-cal Kitchin Express at 14 Pembroke Street Lower, Dublin 2.

Rob Forbes is a professional rugby coach with 20 years experience coaching at all levels of the game with men, women’s and underage rugby. Career highlights have included coaching the Leinster Women’s Rugby Team and involvements with the Irish Womens Squad 2014/15.
